From the first site meeting and planning through to approvals, construction and final handover, our team guides you through every stage. We believe good communication, careful planning and quality workmanship are the keys to a successful project.

1. Initial Meeting


Every project starts with a conversation. We usually meet you at your property so we can understand the space, your ideas and what you want to achieve.

During this first meeting, we’ll talk about your plans, your budget and where you are in the building process. If you already have plans, we can review them with you. If you’re just getting started, we can help connect you with trusted architects or draftsmen.

This meeting is also a great opportunity for you to meet our team and understand how we can help bring your vision to life.


2. Planning & Design


Good planning is the foundation of a successful building or renovation project.

If you already have completed plans, surveys and other required documents, we can move forward to the next stage. If you still need plans, we can connect you with our preferred architects and draftsmen.

Together, we’ll make sure your design suits your lifestyle, personal style and budget before construction begins.


3. Estimates & Contracts


Once the plans are ready, we’ll review the project in detail and prepare an estimate based on the work required.

We believe in clear communication, so we’ll explain the costs and discuss different options with you. Where possible, we can also suggest practical ways to manage or reduce costs without compromising the quality of your project.

Once everything is agreed, we can finalise the contract and prepare for the next stage.


4. Approvals


Before construction can begin, the necessary approvals need to be in place.

Depending on your project, this may involve a Development Application (DA) or a Complying Development Certificate (CDC). Our team can help coordinate the required documentation and make the approval process easier for you.

Once your project is approved and everything is ready, we’ll agree on a construction start date.


5. Building & Construction


This is where your plans start becoming reality.

Throughout the construction process, we keep you informed about the progress of your project. You’ll have access to project information, schedules and selection items, making it easier to stay up to date and make decisions when needed.

Our team maintains regular communication with you through phone, text and email. A dedicated site supervisor will also oversee your project, giving you a reliable point of contact throughout the build.

Our goal is to keep your project organised, transparent and running as smoothly as possible.


6. Final Handover


When construction is complete, it’s time to enjoy your new or renovated home.

At handover, we’ll provide you with important information about your finishes, paint colours, products, warranties and certificates, along with the keys to your home.

But our relationship doesn’t end when you receive the keys.


7. Aftercare & Support


We continue to support you after your project is complete. During the following 12 months, we’ll check in with you to make sure everything is working as it should.

Our commitment is to provide quality workmanship, clear communication and reliable support from the first conversation through to long after you move into your completed home.
